HOW CAN I ACCESS BUBBLE YOGA?

The studio is about 10 minutes walk from St. Gallen Markplatz.
If coming with public transport, you can stop at the Schützengarten, Olma Messen or Athletik Zentrum bus stops.
Riding your bicycle? Use the undercover parking next to the entrance door!
If driving, you can easily find a parking spot in the area (lots of Blue Zone parking possibilities) or use the Spelteriniplatz, Olmaplatz or Olma Messen carparks.
Note that the entrance door is at the BACK of the building. See you there =)
CAN I TRY ONE CLASS TO SEE IF I LIKE IT?
YES you can! We offer a discounted CHF 15.- Trial Class for your first visit at Bubble Yoga.
WHAT TYPES OF YOGA DO YOU TEACH AT BUBBLE YOGA & WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOGA CLASSES?
We are happy to offer various yoga styles tailored to different times & days of the week to fit your preference & mood! From traditional Hatha Yoga to invigorating Vinyasa Flows, find the class that is best for you!

Besides our regular schedule we also host a Community Evening every first Friday of the month where you get to discover & experience many other aspects or styles of yoga! More info on our Event page!
WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING TO CLASS?
The studio is fitted with all the equipment you need for yoga. All you need is comfortable clothes to move! Of course feel free to bring your own yoga mat if you have one, otherwise you can use one of the toxic-free mat provided in the studio.

For outdoor yoga sessions, you can bring your own yoga mat, otherwise a large towel will work just fine. If any other type of clothing or equipment is required for the outdoors yoga sessions, then it will be specified in the class details.
HOW DO I CHECK MY ACCOUNT & BOOK ONLINE?
The first step to booking online is to create a profile with Bubble Yoga through MindBody Online, either HERE or using the MindBody App (available on AppStore & GooglePlay). From there you can book in for classes, purchase class passes or check your account details.
I AM NOT FLEXIBLE AT ALL, CAN I PRACTICE YOGA?
YES, YES & again YES! Yoga is NOT about bringing your leg behind your head. If you are not flexible, we would even say that yoga is a great practice to start as it will help you get more flexible with time!
I HAVE NEVER PRACTICED YOGA BEFORE, CAN I JOIN A CLASS & WHERE SHOULD I START?
Are you welcome at Bubble Yoga as a complete newbie? YES, TOTALLY!! Truth is, we LOVE to see rookie yogis discover the amazing feeling of jumping onto a yoga mat! There is nothing more exciting than sharing our passion & practice with new students curious to try something new (except maybe sharing our passion with returning students!), so please do not hesitate to come in & join the fun!
Before embarking on the journey we suggest you read our blog article “Disclaimer – Yoga doesn’t care”.
To start with, we recommend picking either the Hatha or Yin Yoga classes which are slower paced than our Yoga Flow & Friday Groove classes. This is the perfect way to learn the essential poses’ alignment & sequences. Learn more about the different yoga classes HERE.
I AM RECOVERING FROM INJURIES OR HAVE A SPECIFIC HEALTH CONDITION, CAN I PRACTICE YOGA?
YES you can… as long as there is no contraindication from your doctor! When visiting Bubble Yoga for the first time, we will ask you to fill in our Welcome questionnaire so we know what particular health condition to look for. This will allow us to guide you safely in the class & adapt the practice when needed.

I AM PREGNANT, CAN I PRACTICE YOGA?
YES you can… under certain conditions & as long as there is no contraindication from your doctor! There are many views on practicing yoga during pregnancy; we believe that as long as there is no medical reason against it, then YOU are the best judge of how your body feels in these special times!
Please let us know about your pregnancy when visiting Bubble Yoga so we can discuss ways to adapt your practice safely. In case you wish to attend a specific pre-natal yoga class, we suggest that you to check the classes from our friend Sarah from Herbammenpraxis.
I DO OTHER PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES, IS THIS COMPATIBLE WITH YOGA?
YES, absolutely. In fact we believe that Yoga is a great practice to complement any other physical activity.
The breath & body awareness that it brings is likely to enhance your physical capacity in general & you may find yourself being an even better hiker, climber, runner, swimmer…!
