Every first Friday evening of the month, the regular classes are replaced by a special 90 minutes yoga class followed by a convivial gathering to celebrate our Community! Each month offers a specific theme to bring something new to your practice! You can find details for each month on our Events page. Community evening typically starts at 18:30 and is charged at the standard rates.


We offer a variety of yoga styles, adapted to time of day & week so that you can find the class that best suits your needs!



Observing the breath & the mind, while practicing and deepening the classical yoga postures (asanas) and Sun Salutations.

A slower pace practice including meditation & breathing exercices, the Hatha Yoga class will leave you both energised, centred and relaxed. A perfect way to end the day and take a moment for yourself.

The Vinyasa Flow class emphasises the connection of breath and movement. The practice develops into a moving meditation with a playful and creative flow of yoga postures (asanas) that builds up flexibility and strength as well as centering and calming the mind. Time is given for students to experiment and play with interesting and fun asanas before unwinding & closing with a long relaxation.

Vinyasa Flow classes are suitable for all levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class to support beginner students.


The flow gets a bit faster, the music gets a bit louder, the smiles get a lot bigger & the heart feels lighter. Inspired by the one & only Nickie Hanley of DiscoYoga Australia, Friday Groove is about using movement to wash your busy week away and setting the tone for the weekend! It is about feeling light.
