// MEET YOUR TEACHERS

We are excited to collaborate with Guka and Larissa from Yoga Nest studio for this exclusive training!

// ABOUT ANNE

Adventurous, open hearted and passionate, Anne is a Yoga and Meditation teacher and educator, and the founder of Bubble Yoga. A nerd for anatomy, she specialises in yoga therapeutics and a functional approach to yoga informed by her continuous study and fascination for the body's wonders. With over 1,000 hours of training and 4,000 hours of teaching under her belt, Anne is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others, aiming to inspire them to believe in their own capacity to grow and know themselves, while nourishing support and connections through Community. She believes in and commits to ‘Yoga for All’.

What I love about aerial yoga is how it provides a completely new experience of the practice, while still offering the same core journey of self-enquiry that traditional yoga provides. It brings playfulness into the room, leaps of faith through exploration of new shapes, and the possibility to really balance flexibility, mobility and strength qualities throughout the practice. For all these reasons, it's inspiring to see how increasingly popular Aerial yoga has become in recent years and I'm excited to bring this training to life and broaden the horizon of practice and teaching for both yoga lovers and teachers!

// ABOUT GUKA

Caring, dedicated and always eager to learn, Guka is a passionate yoga teacher with over eight years of experience, and the founder of Yoga Nest. A true “forever student,” she has explored a wide range of yoga styles - including Vinyasa, Hatha, PhysiYoga, Restorative and Aerial Yoga - constantly seeking new ways to make movement more accessible, enjoyable and enriching for all. With a strong background in anatomy and a deep appreciation for the body’s intelligence, Guka’s teaching style is warm, encouraging, and rooted in creating a safe and supportive space for her students to feel confident and cared for.

Aerial yoga started as a way for me to complement my mat practice, but it quickly became so much more. The silk challenged me to let go, trust myself, and face my fear of heights. Over time, it became a tool for personal growth, helping me cultivate both strength and surrender. Now, I feel completely at home in the air, and I love sharing that experience with others - helping them see that aerial yoga truly is accessible and safe for everyone. In this training, I look forward to sharing my love for teaching this practice, ensuring that each participant feels confident and prepared to bring the gifts of aerial yoga into their own teaching and practice.

// ABOUT LARISSA

Since 2021, Larissa has been teaching yoga both in Switzerland and internationally, teaching in Guatemala, Italy and Mexico. With a foundation in Hatha Yoga, she balances respect for its ancient roots with its relevance in today's world. Coming from a dance background, she came to yoga as a way to rebuild strength and mobility after injuries. She found a practice that supported her body rather than strained it - a philosophy that continues to shape her journey today. When she discovered aerial yoga, it felt like the perfect fusion of the grace and playfulness of dance with the structure and mindfulness of yoga. Her approach to teaching - whether on the mat or in the air - is centered on meeting students where they are, creating an inclusive and supportive space where movement is both empowering and accessible.

Aerial yoga invites us to feel our bodies in a completely new way - blending strength, mobility, and deep relaxation with the support of the silk. We deepen stretches, build confidence in inversions, and explore movement with curiosity and joy. No matter the level, body type, gender or age, my goal is to create a space where students feel welcome and safe to move at their own pace. That’s exactly what I’m excited to share in this training: the tools to guide students with confidence, to foster trust in their own abilities, and to make aerial yoga an experience that is truly inclusive and accessible to all.

// TESTIMONIALS

Anne is a fantastic teacher, you can sense that she loves teaching and supporting people in their growth. She has a deep knowledge of what she teaches and by using different learning techniques she make sure everyone in the group is learning and progressing. Her trainings have the right balance between practice, lecture, teaching and recharging time. The special touches she adds (change in plan to reflect what the participants need, gift bag, choice of great location, opening and closing circles etc.) makes the whole experience unique! (Elisa B. - published on Yoga Alliance YACEP profile)

I remember my first yoga international day was when i was scouting for a place to experience aerial yoga in Switzerland and I stumbled upon Guka and her beautiful Yoga nest.
