Running series of 5 or 10 classes can be interrupted due to illness, accidents or pregnancy. Such pauses must be requested as soon as possible in writing at hello@bubbleyoga.ch. A medical certificate must be presented in support of your request.

Extensions may be considered during prolonged vacations or for important business matters. Such pass extensions should be requested in advance, in writing at hello@bubbleyoga.ch. Retrospective pass extensions are not possible. Each absence must amount to at least 1 week.

     4.3. Trial Offer for New Clients
New Bubble Yoga customers can benefit from a one-time Trial Class or Intro Pass offer. This offer is strictly valid for new coming customers on their first visit and is not valid for returning customers nor for customers that have attended any free class. The two offers are not cumulative.

     4.4. Modification of Teacher and Studio Schedule
Modifications made by Bubble Yoga to the studios or teacher schedule can occur at any time. No reimbursement will be made based on occurring changes.

     4.5. Gift Cards
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, non-transferable and resale is prohibited. If a gift certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission, a replacement will not be provided in these circumstances. Gift certificates are not to be combined with other vouchers and are not valid with other promos and offers.

5. EXCHANGE AND RETURNS OF GOODS
All purchases of goods made at the Bubble Yoga studios or online shop are final.

6. CONSUMER DATA PRIVACY POLICY
     6.1. Privacy
Any personal data we request is necessary for business purpose only and is stored according to data protection regulations. It goes without saying for us that we treat all personal information as confidential. We guarantee not to disclose your data in any way to unauthorised third parties and to protect them from any unauthorised access.

     6.2. Data Protection
Based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the Federal data protection provisions (Datenschutzgesetz – Data Protection Law) every person has the right to protect their private sphere and to prevent the misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data is treated as strictly confidential and is not sold or transferred to third parties. In close cooperation with our hosting providers we strive to protect the database as best as possible from external access, loss, misuse or falsification. When accessing our websites the following data is saved in log files: IP address, date, time, browser request and general information about the operating system or browser. This usage data forms the basis for statistical, anonymous evaluations, so that trends can be recognised which we can use to correspondingly improve our offers.

     6.3. Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plugins (like button)
Our website uses integrated plugins of the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. The Facebook plugins can be recognised by the Facebook logo or the “like button” on our website. You can see an overview of the Facebook plugins here.

When you visit our website, a direct connection is created by the plugin between your browser and the Facebook server. Facebook thereby receives the information that you have visited our website stating your IP address. If you click on the Facebook “like button” while you are logged onto your Facebook account, you can link the content of our website to your Facebook profile.
