Having spent 10 years in the corporate world I know how stressful and rushed the days can feel. What if you could take a break from the hustle & bustle and come back to your desk relaxed & centered? What if you could develop the confidence & acquire the tools that will allow you to self-manage your stress & the one of your team members, to create a better sense of focus & creativity?

Combining my experience of the corporate environment & my knowledge of varied yoga & mindfulness practices, I am passionate about bringing new solutions & tools to companies & individuals to better manage their stress, effectively reduce the risk of burnout & ultimately create more balance in their lives.

OFFICE YOGA CLASSES
>> Bring yoga to your office and make your workplace a more harmonious, uplifting and healthy place to be!
In the aftermath of lockdowns & home office reality, such classes can be a great way to (re)create a sense of connection between employees, by sharing a regular activity together and/or break the routine when working from home.
Our classes are adapted to all levels & address specifically the challenges of long sitting hours, stress, back/neck/shoulder issues.

Corporate classes can be facilitated at your office, at our studio in St. Gallen or online via Zoom or Teams. In the summer time, a nearby park is a lovely option too. We can also provide recommendations on equipment, choice of space & internal organisation.

We can offer a one-off session for a ‘team day’ or on-going sessions on a weekly/bi-weekly basis.

STRESS MANAGEMENT WORKSHOPS
>> 1-3hours workshops organised for your Team combining theoretical presentation & short individual/team practical exercises.

The type of workshops we offer - note that we always tailor the content to your particular team & need:

  • Stress Management Workshop - Looking at the physiology & psychosocial aspects of stress to understand the stress response, what 'good stress' & 'bad stress' are. Sharing principles & simple techniques of Yoga & Mindfulness practices applied to life & work. Creating new ways to build supportive team communication around these topics.
  • The World of Breath Workshop - A practical dive into the power of breath, how it affects our nervous system, how to regulate it & learn simple techniques to influence energy levels, mood, stress levels & more!

It is naturally possible to combine the workshop with a yoga class to bring movement & fun to your Team Day!

MEDITATION TRAININGS
>> A 3-sessions course format to learn how to meditate on your own - no apps, no tools needed afterwards.
In this course we share a simple, yet extremely effective meditation technique, specifically aiming at reducing stress & fatigue. Some other possible effects of a regular meditation practice include improved productivity & creativity, better sleep, less reactivity & overall increased feeling of balance.

This course can be carried in person (at our studio or your office) or online via Zoom.

AD HOC MINDFULNESS PROGRAMMES
>> Custom-made solutions for mid/long-term programmes to implement mindfulness at work.
Based on your team's needs & structure, we put together a dedicated plan of concrete actions & tools that will create real change for your employees over time beyond the one-off "feel good" team day format.
Our programmes typically include a mix of in person workshops, short-format content creation for your intranet/team platform, yoga classes & more. We also define together markers to evaluate the impact & results over the period.
