This 40-hour Yoga Nidra & Sleep Magic Training is an invitation to slow down - properly. To understand rest not as a luxury, but as a skill. A practice. A way of living. A tool for transformation & growth.

Co-led by Gill Carlyon & Anne Eberhardt, this immersive weekend blends ancient yogic practices with modern neuroscience & sleep research to help you understand, experience & teach the transformative power of conscious relaxation & restorative sleep.

And then - from that embodied place - to confidently guide others.

// ABOUT GILL

Gill is a leading Yoga Nidra teacher & trainer, originally from the UK & living in Switzerland for the past 13 years. She specialises in the transformative power of Yoga Nidra & conscious sleep, drawing on over two decades of teaching yoga & fitness across Europe & in India. Gill is also trained in Thai Yoga Massage, weaving therapeutic touch & embodied awareness into her work. Committed to curbing the global sleep-deprivation epidemic, Gill believes that sleep is your superpower & advocates for true rest, recovery, & nervous-system healing. Her trainings empower students to understand the science & spirit of sleep, guiding them toward deeper wellbeing through the art of rest.

Teaching Yoga Nidra taught me this truth: when we learn to rest deeply, we reclaim the energy, clarity, peace  and joy, and return to a more balanced way of being.  

// ABOUT ANNE

Adventurous, open hearted and passionate, Anne is a Yoga and Meditation teacher and educator, and the founder of Bubble Yoga. A nerd for anatomy, she specialises in yoga therapeutics and a functional approach to yoga informed by her continuous study and fascination for the body's wonders. Nervous system down-regulation is her love language, leading stress management programmes in companies and schools/universities, along with writing on her mindfulness Substack channel 'The Noise in My Head'. With over 1,000 hours of training and 4,500 hours of teaching under her belt, Anne is passionate about sharing her knowledge and experience with others, aiming to inspire them to believe in their own capacity to grow and know themselves, while nourishing support and connections through Community. She believes in and commits to ‘Yoga for All’.

Yoga Nidra has always been my deepest practice of surrender. A place where I can truly refill my cup - nothing needed from me, nothing to perform, pure softness fuelled into my body & mind. As for sleep, it took me a while to see it as the precious cocoon that it is, after spending years treating it as a waist of time. It has become something I value & protect dearly, for how instrumental it is to all areas of my life.

PRE-REQUISITES

  • Open-mindedness & curiosity to navigate new knowledge & experiences, receive feedback, and show up with self-enquiry & empathy to others
  • Please inform us of any medical condition that could restrict your practice*
  • English proficiency - all classes & materials will be in English

* Please note that this training is not recommended for individuals with serious psychological or mental health concerns. If you are unsure or have a history of mental health conditions, we suggest consulting with a qualified healthcare professional before enrolling in our programme.

Course price: CHF 1,190.-
Early bird: save CHF 150.- for bookings before 30th June 2026

 

Full payment of the training fee is required to secure your spot.
Payment plans can be arranged on request.
Registrations for trainings & workshops are final.
No costs will be reimbursed if the course is terminated prematurely or partially unattended. 
We recommend a cancellation insurance in case of cancellation or non-completion of the programme.

// CERTIFICATION
To complete your certification, attendance to the whole training is required. You will also need to pass a written assessment & a practical evaluation. Upon completion, you will receive a Yoga Nidra Teacher certification, allowing you to share the practice with others!

Note that as a registered Yoga Alliance YACEP course, this training can be accounted for your Yoga Alliance Continuing Education hours.
This module can also be accounted towards your 300h certification with Bubble Yoga Academy.

As part of our commitment to #YogaForAll, we are opening ONE scholarship spot on our training for anyone who is willing to commit to the programme but unable to afford the full price. The selected participant will be able to join at the reduced cost of CHF 550.-
