CHOCOLATE/BANANA BREAD
We LOVE this super simple & delicious recipe by our friend Gourmadela! With only 5 ingredients, you get a quick & easy recipe for a yummy treat. No extra sugar & gluten-free. Perfect when you have old bananas you do not want to waste! Enjoy 🙂

 

Ingredients:
- 3 very ripe bananas
- 180g of oats
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- Dark chocolate chips (optional, but are they really??!!)

Steps:
- Blend all ingredients - except the chocolate chips- until you get a smooth mix
- Add the chocolate chips & mix gently
- Poor the mix into your pre-buttered (or oiled) baking pan & add a few banana slices on top
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 175°C for 35-40min until toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

That's it! Let it cool a bit & enjoy.
For extra sweetness, add whipped cream & your favourite chocolate/peanut butter spread on it 😉
