Sitting at a desk all day is taxing for the body, and we know that in times when most of you are working from home with less than ideal desk setups, it can feel even worth. That's why we are sharing a short & simple sequence of yoga movements that you can do at your desk to help release tension in the neck, shoulders & back.
No previous yoga experiences is needed & you can repeat as many times as you wish.
A perfect way to take a break in between Zoom meetings & emails 🙂
